I’m Gretta - a Clinical Animal Behaviourist and Dog Trainer, turned business nerd and website geek!

Most self-employed ethical dog trainers and behaviourists have never been taught how to run a successful business. And because we care deeply (about our clients, our work, and doing things the right way) everything feels personal.

After 10+ years as a self-employed trainer and behaviourist (including selling my business, relocating and starting from scratch again), I understand what you’re up against.

  • You’re busy… I get it.

    That’s exactly why The Empower Collective has been designed to be manageable, not overwhelming… and certainly not something that you need to try to ‘keep up’ with!

    There’s one 60–90 minute call each month (a recording is made available) and the mini-missions are designed to take under an hour.

  • Both! If you're an ethical self employed trainer or behaviourist (or are in the process of becoming one) and want support to grow sustainably, you're in the right place.

    We're all on a journey… and you'll be met exactly where you are.

    If you’re just starting out, the membership pairs perfectly with my "First Steps to Success" course. Together, they give you everything you need to build strong foundations.

  • Probably… but not for you. Once you’re in, your price is locked for as long as you stay a member, even if future members pay more.

  • These will usually take place on the second Friday of the month at 2pm, UK time.

    When you enrol as a member, you'll get access to the full schedule which shows all of the events - you can even add it to your own online calendar in a couple of clicks so that you never miss a thing.

  • No problem!

    Every call is recorded and added to the hub, usually within 24 hours.

    You can even send in questions beforehand so you still get what you need, even if you can’t be there live.

    They’re hosted in the private, members-only Facebook group.

  • Yes!

    As well as my free client-only Facebook group. there’s a private group just for active members of the Empower Collective.

  • Nope! There’s no minimum commitment. It’s month-by-month and you can easily cancel at any time… but you’ll probably want to stick around 😉

  • If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to all of the membership content.

    If you re-join later (at whatever the monthly price is at that point), you’ll regain access to the available content at that time but will essentially be starting your membership afresh in terms of which resources unlock each month.
