I’m Gretta - a Clinical Animal Behaviourist and Dog Trainer, turned business nerd and website geek!

Most self-employed ethical dog trainers and behaviourists have never been taught how to run a successful business. And because we care deeply (about our clients, our work, and doing things the right way) everything feels personal.

So it’s no wonder that running a business in this industry brings a flood of questions, self-doubt and, for many, plenty of lonely moments too. I get it.

After 10+ years as a self-employed trainer and behaviourist (including selling my business, relocating and starting from scratch again), I understand what you’re up against.

GOT SOME

  • If you’re already spinning plates, the idea of adding something else to your list might feel like a hard ‘no’!

    But this isn’t about giving you more to do… it’s about helping you make better use of the time, energy and ideas you’ve already got. It’s been carefully designed to help you to focus on the right things, not everything. This is designed for real-life humans with real-life commitments… not robots with 40-hour weeks to spare.

    The live calls are 60 minutes monthly, but all sessions are recorded if you can't attend live.

    The mini missions (launched every two months) typically take around 60 minutes to action and can be done any time within 30 days of their launch.

    The rest you can dip in and out of, as suits you.

  • Both! If you're an ethical self employed trainer or behaviourist (or are in the process of becoming one) and want support to grow sustainably, you're in the right place.

    We're all on a journey… and you'll be met exactly where you are.

  • These will usually take place on the second Friday of the month at 2pm UK time.

    When you enrol as a member, you'll get access to the full schedule which shows all of the events - you can even add it to your own online calendar in a couple of clicks so that you never miss a thing.

  • No problem!

    Just submit your questions in advance and then watch the replay at your convenience (replays are available for 30 days).

  • Probably… but you’ll lock your monthly rate at the point that you join, even if the price increases for new members (for as long as you stay an active member)..

  • The membership pairs perfectly with my "First Steps to Success" course. Together, they give you everything you need to build strong foundations.

  • Once you go through the secure checkout, you will be emailed an invoice and your log in information (2 separate emails).
