No… neither!
A free Canva account is absolutely fine - you don’t need anything more to be able to access, use, edit and save the templates.
You can choose not to use Canva at all if you like - MS Word and Google Docs versions are provided (but the Canva version looks a teeny bit different because of its design functionality).

You can use the templates for whatever you like in your business (as long as you don’t share them with other pros - they need to by them themselves!).
However, the templates have not been designed to ‘tick every possible box’ and they are not approved for any coursework/ assessment purposes - they’re simply what I use myself.
So, feel free to use them for your coursework/ assessments but I would strongly advise you to look at the assessment criteria to make sure that you’ve covered everything they’re looking for instead of simply relying on this!

Auto-generated closed captions are available on the videos but because the videos are in the form of an over-the-shoulder walkthrough then, unfortunately, a transcript wouldn’t make much sense by itself.
