Please read the following T & Cs before you purchase access to this tool.

This Usage Policy applies specifically to the Interactive Support Plan Creator (the "tool") and should be read alongside the Set Up To Succeed General Service Terms and Conditions, which also apply in full. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the General Terms, this policy takes precedence in relation to the tool.

1. What the tool is

The Interactive Support Plan Creator is a browser-based tool that helps eligible purchasers create, format and download training or behaviour support plans and veterinary referral reports. It is provided as a one-off digital purchase and is delivered as a downloadable HTML file.

2. Who can use it

The tool is available to individual purchasers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the General Service Terms and Conditions (clause 2.1). This means you must be a self-employed animal professional working exclusively with ethical, force-free and positive methods.Each purchase is a single-user licence. The tool may not be shared with colleagues, employees or any other person. You may not distribute, transfer or pass on the file to any third party.

3. How your data is stored

The tool stores your templates and drafts in your own browser's local storage on your own device. This data does not pass through Set Up To Succeed's servers and is not accessible to us. It is your responsibility to export and keep a backup copy of your templates and files, particularly if you change devices or browsers. We cannot retrieve lost data on your behalf.

4. What you can do with the outputs

Reports and plans created using the tool belong to you. You may send them to clients, share them with veterinary surgeons and allied professionals, and use them in the course of your professional practice. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicence the tool itself, or present the tool's functionality as your own product or service.

5. Modifications

You may use AI or other means to modify the tool for your own personal professional use. Any modifications do not transfer ownership of the underlying work. A modified version of this tool remains a derivative work of the original and is subject to the same licence restrictions as set out in this policy. You may not sell, distribute, sublicence or share a modified version of the tool.

6. Use of AI

The accompanying guidance highlights optional AI-assisted workflows for creating plan content. Any use of AI tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI tool complies with your own privacy policy, your professional and ethical obligations, and all applicable data protection laws, including in relation to client confidentiality and the handling of personal data. Set Up To Succeed accepts no responsibility for how you choose to use third-party AI tools in connection with this product.

7. Clinical and professional responsibility

The tool is an aid to your work, not a substitute for professional judgement. Clinical assessment and the content of any plan or report remain your responsibility entirely. Set Up To Succeed accepts no liability for the professional accuracy or appropriateness of any content created using the tool, including content created with the assistance of AI tools.

8. SUPPORT

Technical support is available for 7 days from the date of purchase. If the tool is not functioning as described and you are unable to resolve the issue using the troubleshooting guidance provided, please contact gretta@setuptosucceed.co.uk within that window.

Hands-on support (including help with template setup, plan creation or use of the AI pathways) falls outside technical support and can be arranged as a paid session, also within 7 days of purchase.

We do not provide support outside this window. The accompanying workbook includes troubleshooting guidance for the most common issues. After the support window closes, AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT can be used to diagnose and fix technical issues: the tool's HTML file can be uploaded directly to most AI tools, which can read the code, suggest fixes and generate an updated version. Any modifications made this way remain subject to the licence terms in section 5.

We do not provide support for device-specific issues, browser compatibility problems or internet connectivity.

Please note that this is a non-refundable digital product. In the event of a genuine technical fault that cannot be resolved within the support window, we will consider next steps on a case by case basis, providing that the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.

9. Intellectual property

The tool, its design, structure, branding and underlying code belong to Gretta Ford Consultancy Ltd and are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tool for your own professional practice. This licence does not permit resale, redistribution, sub-licencing or the creation of derivative works for commercial purposes.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Set Up To Succeed's liability in connection with the tool is limited in accordance with clause 12 of the General Terms and Conditions. In particular, we are not liable for any loss of data, any consequences arising from your use of outputs created with the tool, or any issues arising from your use of third-party AI tools in connection with this product.

11. Confirmation of agreement

By purchasing this product you confirm that:

  • you have read and agree to this Usage Policy and the Set Up To Succeed General Service Terms and Conditions

  • you are purchasing in the course of a business and not as a consumer

  • you understand that this is a non-refundable digital product

  • you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2 of this policy
