Of course, any new tech can feel a bit overwhelming or confusing at first but you’ll soon get the hang of it. If you get really stuck, you can always book a session with me to help you.

No… this runs entirely on Trello's free plan.
There are no ongoing costs beyond the one-off purchase, unless you want to take the tautomations and tech set up further (or if Trello removes their free plan option in the future but their paid plans start at around £5/ month anyway).

That depends on how much you want to customise it but the template is ready to use as soon as you copy it. Most people can get the basics in place in an afternoon.
