I design websites on Squarespace 7.1. This enables me to create beautiful, functional websites that, once handed over, can be easily updated by you… I’ll even provide training on what to do.
As a Squarespace Circle Member, I have access to extra features, early updates, ongoing training, priority support and an extended trial period for new sites. It also allows me to gift my clients a 20% discount off their first annual subscription to Squarespace.
If you already have a website, you should be mindful of these tips, to help you minimise the potential (temporary) dip in SEO that can be experienced when moving platforms or re-designing your site.

If you need more pages than this, then you have a couple of options:
Option 1. I can create them for you (just let me know what you need and I’ll provide a quote – extra pages are usually between £150-£250 each, depending on the length and complexity).
Option 2. You can add extras yourself, using one of the pages I create for you as a template – all you would need to do is replace the text and images with the new content.
I’ll show you how to do this in the website handover/ training session: my goal is always to leave you feeling empowered and upskilled so that you’re never reliant on extra help (but, of course, you can have it if you want it!).

Writing your website copy is not something that’s included in the package.
However, I will give you free access to my online course ‘How To Write Your Website’ which provides you with guidance on what to write and clear prompts for each section of every page of your website so, don’t worry… you won’t just be left struggling!
However, if you’d like extra support with copywriting, you have a few options available to you.
1) You could use (some or all of) your free coaching session to focus on your website copywriting
2) You could sign up for my 1:1 coaching programme, where you can submit your work for my feedback
3) I can signpost you to a great copywriter - just get in touch to discuss
Please note that you will also need to provide your policies/ T+Cs but I have an incredible discount code for my 1:1 clients which you can use to get money off an industry-specific legal bundle from a UK lawyer.

Yes! If you don’t yet have a professionally designed brand, I can signpost you to my trusted team of designers who will be happy to help you.
You will need to have your branding ready before your website design can begin. This include your logo(s) colour palette and fonts as a minimum.

You will need to pay for your subscription to the website hosting platform (Squarespace). This would be the business plan (about £18 per month). You can get 20% off the cost of your first annual plan with Squarespace by working with me, as a Squarespace Circle Member.
There’s nothing extra to pay me, unless you change the scope of the project or opt for any extras.
Extras could include things like:
additional work (such as more pages on your website, extra copywriting support etc.)
additional purchases eg. custom fonts, website plug-ins etc. (I have many that you’re welcome to use for free but if you want something in particular, we may have to purchase it)
At the end of your package, there are no ongoing costs paid to me but if you ever need extra help, it can, of course, be arranged.

As this is a 1:1 service, I only have capacity to take on a limited number of clients each year. Therefore, my availability will determine whether we can get going straight away or if you'll have to wait a while.

Well, it varies a bit. The first step is to book in a start date.
It usually takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish, if you already have your branding ready to go.
It depends a little on what else is going on for all involved but, to be honest, the main thing to slow things down tends to be the client not being very speedy to give feedback or not being ready with their website copy and imagery!
The speedier and more organised you are, the sooner it will all be ready for you.
